Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations
Fidget Fuel USA currently ships wholesale orders within the continental United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• U.S. territories

• APO/FPO addresses

• International destinations (unless otherwise approved by our sales team)

If you require shipping outside our standard service area, please contact our sales team before placing your order.

Order Processing

Wholesale orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Large wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on product availability and order volume. If additional time is required, our team will notify you promptly.

Orders received after normal business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Order weight

• Shipment dimensions

• Delivery destination

• Selected shipping service

Shipping costs will be provided before your order is finalized.

Order Accuracy

Please review your shipping address, contact information, and order details carefully before submitting your purchase order.

Fidget Fuel USA is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Refund & Return Policy

Because Fidget Fuel USA primarily serves wholesale customers, returns are handled differently than consumer purchases.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior written authorization from Fidget Fuel USA.

Before returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Support team at:

• Reason for the return

• Supporting photos if applicable

• Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales are final. Fidget Fuel USA does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for products that have been delivered as ordered.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you have any questions about a product or your order, contact our sales team before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive merchandise that is damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team within 5 business days of receiving your order at fidgetfuelusa@gmail.com.

To help us resolve your claim promptly, please provide:

• Company name

• Order number

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

• Photos of the shipping carton and shipping label

• A description of the issue

Please retain all original packaging and damaged merchandise until your claim has been reviewed. Fidget Fuel USA may request additional information before approving a replacement or other resolution.

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, replace the affected product, issue a credit, or provide another appropriate remedy. No refunds or replacements will be issued for claims reported after the 5-business-day reporting period.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or shipped in error:

Final sale items

• Clearance merchandise

• Custom or special-order products

• Opened products that cannot be resold

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refunds

Once approved and received, returned merchandise will be inspected.

If approved, refunds or account credits will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If payment was made using wholesale credit terms, an account credit may be issued instead.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by Fidget Fuel USA.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, notify Fidget Fuel USA within 5 business days of delivery.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

• Order number

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the shipping carton

• Photos of the shipping label

• Description of the issue

Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect our ability to process your claim.

Shipping Damage

If your shipment arrives with visible external damage, we recommend:

• Inspecting the shipment before accepting delivery.

• Noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.

• Taking photographs before opening the shipment whenever possible.

Prompt reporting allows us to work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return Policy.

Custom orders and special-order products cannot be cancelled after production or procurement has begun.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive merchandise that differs from your order confirmation, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

We will arrange the appropriate replacement, correction, or return at no additional cost to you.

Limitation of Liability

Fidget Fuel USA's responsibility for returned merchandise is limited to the purchase price of the affected products. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delayed shipments, product availability, or returned merchandise, except where required by applicable law.
